- Meeting with homeowners to provide support and help create their dream home, offering different suggestions and options to suit their needs
- Building effective relationships with all stakeholders and ensuring these contribute to business success through exceptional customer service
- Accurately measuring for windows, doors, porches, and roofline products
- Offering different suggestions and options to suit the customer's needs and aspirations
- Addressing sales goals and adjusting to customer needs to close a sale
- Demonstrating confidence to the customer, explaining the quality of the product and the benefits of industry-leading products
- Displaying a genuine caring approach and helping the customer solve problems to fill the needs that their home currently lacks
- Demonstrating excellent product knowledge and understanding of the wide range of features and benefits
- Complying with legal requirements of the FCA when demonstrating finance options
