Project Manager (HVAC) (£50K + Car Allowance)

Reporting to: Installation Director

Job Purpose:

Responsible for planning, supervising, and delivering all projects within agreed timelines and requirements, ensuring profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

      Oversee project execution to achieve desired outcomes, optimising resources and balancing stakeholder interests.

Define project objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Manage pricing, quotations, and tender submissions.

Provide strategic advice on project management.

Coordinate and organise professional teams involved in project execution.

Recruit, oversee, and manage subcontractors.

Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

Ensure project objectives and quality standards are met.

Manage project accounting, cost control, and billing processes.

Essential Requirements:

      Strong relationship-building skills with main contractors, clients, and stakeholders.

Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Knowledge of construction procedures and best practices.

Willingness to travel to customer sites, including overnight stays when required.

Familiarity with quality and Health & Safety standards.

Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal results.

Desirable Skills & Attributes:

      Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

Experience with CAD is advantageous.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Team player with leadership capabilities.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Professional, hardworking, proactive, and organised.

High attention to detail and pride in work quality.
