About the Role:

Our clients are looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join theirParaplanning team. This role is perfect for someone with a minimum of 3 years in Paraplanning who is either Level 4 Diploma qualified or actively working towards it. Our clientis committed to delivering exceptional independent financial advice, providing a supportive environment for career progression, professional development, and achieving individual goals.

Day-to-Day Paraplanning Duties:

  • Participate in debriefing sessions with advisers following client meetings.
  • Analyse and interpret client data to develop suitable financial solutions aligned with client needs and objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on funds and products to deliver tailored recommendations.
  • Document findings and prepare suitability letters, client illustrations, and key features documents.
  • Ensure that client files are fully compliant and up-to-date.
  • Prepare client files for review meetings and maintain related administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with team members, supporting advisers by anticipating needs and coordinating with administrators.
  • Maintain high standards of written communication, numeracy, and technical accuracy.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Paraplanning role.
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified or actively working towards it.
  • Strong knowledge of investments, pensions, retirement planning, trusts, and protection products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), with solid numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated and positive, able to stay calm and productive under pressure.
