Job Duties:

  • Lead and oversee all culinary & Hospitality operations
  • Develop innovative menus and ensure high-quality food production
  • Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain inventory levels and control food costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef or Head Chef in a Michelin-starred or 2 AA Rosette establishment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent culinary skills and creativity

Education:

Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in a senior culinary position

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of tradional cuisines and cooking techniques
  • A strong understanding of seasonal produce
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation
  • Experience in menu development and costing

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced kitchen environment, may require evening and weekend shifts
