Reed are representing a client who is seeking a proactive and engaged individual to join their team as a People Team Admin. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about administration and eager to develop their skills in HR and employee engagement. Day-to-day of the role:
- Champion business initiatives and uphold company values of being ‘rewarding’, ‘reliable’, and ‘respectful’.
- Lead on administrative tasks, proposing ideas to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the team by drafting policies, proofing, and reviewing documentation.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and maintain the accuracy of the HR online platform.
- Assist in creating internal eLearnings and managing annual leave bookings across the business.
- Provide hands-on support for company events, new starter virtual events, and other HR tasks such as onboarding and contract management.
- Act as an official note taker in meetings and proceedings as required.
