Digital Account Project Manager

THIS ROLE HAS A HYBRID OPTION BUT IS NOT FULLY REMOTE. YOU WILL NEED TO BE OFFICE BASED IN WESTBURY 2-3 DAYS A WEEK

Our client is an independent, family-run marketing agency, who over the past decade has flourished in the online marketplace.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Digital Project Manager to join their busy team

The Experience you need

· Previous experience working in a Digital Account Management and/or Project Management role within a marketing/digital agency environment.

· A strong understanding of Websites, SEO, and PPC.

· Fantastic interpersonal skills: being a team player within a small agency is crucial.

· Confident with excellent presentation skills.

· Strong organisational skills.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative.

· Skilled at managing relationships with clients and internal teams.

· Excellent communication skills, relationship-building skills, and project delivery skills including planning, optimisation, budgeting, presenting, reporting, and data analysis.

The Role:

The Digital Account Project Manager will work alongside a dedicated team of Account Managers and the dedicated Project Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing key client relationships and managing a variety of digital campaigns and services for existing clients. By developing a deep understanding of your clients’ objectives, you will liaise with the delivery teams to ensure both client and team satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee project timelines, deliverables, and ensure seamless execution and exceptional results.

You will manage a range of digital marketing projects and campaigns, including websites, SEO, and PPC.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage current clients' digital marketing projects and campaigns.

· Complete project briefs for the project team.

· Work closely with the Project Management team.

· Develop and build relationships with existing clients.

· Recommend new ideas and deliver progress reports.

· Retain and grow the existing client base.

Salary:

• £30 - £40k (dependent on experience)
