Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting our client in Westbury in the recruitment of a After Sales Administrator to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis.

To provide efficient administration for aftersales coordination and accurate job/project information to best maintain department workflow in line with customer and business expectation for the After Sales team.

Key Duties:

  • To co-ordinate all aspects of After Sales jobs from point of sale through to installation/delivery in a timely manner and to a high-quality standard.
  • Liaise with After Sales team members to gather information on job status and update customers as necessary.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure jobs remain on track.
  • Dispatch paperwork generation for deliveries outside of UK.
  • Monitor and action site returns associated with After Sales jobs and implement appropriate action to ensure manufacture timely resolutions for the job in question
  • Coordinating with customers (when required) to find information to enable jobs to be completed to satisfy individual needs and requirements where required.
  • To compile where necessary site file information for the site team for the successful installation of After Sales jobs with support of After Sales Technical Coordinator.
  • Maintain samples register and update samples progress.
  • Ensure that the processes within your control adhere to relevant standards, Health and Safety requirements.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, organised and and ideally has experience within a manufacturing setting and able to interpret technical drawings.

The role is working Monday to Friday, office hours with an earlier finish on the Friday.
