Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our established, market leading organisation based in Westbury who are actively looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator on a 12 month FTC basis.
What you will be doing:
- Dealing with enquiries via phone and email
- Progressing enquiries through to quotes and completing sales orders
- Preparation of information required for tenders and other associated documentation
- Liaison with a number of internal departments and external suppliers
- Updating the CRM system
What you will need to succeed:
- Experience in a similar role is essential, preferably from manufacturing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills over the phone and in person
- Good numeracy skills and the ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines
- IT skills including word, excel and CRM systems
What you will receive in return :
- 23,400 to 24,375pa DOE
- Monday to Friday full-time
- Supportive and fun working environment
- 100% office based
- This is a 12 month fixed term contract, therefore you will need to be available immediately or at very short notice
