Role: IT Support Engineer aka 1st Line Support, 2nd Line Support, IT Service Desk Engineer, IT Desktop Support Engineer 

Location: Westbury – commutable from Bath, Frome, Warminster, Trowbridge, Melksham, Chippenham, Shaftesbury 

Working arrangements: You will be based in the office, but will have the chance to work from home when required. 

Salary: £28k base salary + a fantastic benefits package.

Travel: You may well be required to travel to other sites within the business where required.

The tech and what you will learn:

You will be providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff across the business using face to face and remote support techniques. You will be a friendly and approachable individual that always maintains a first-class customer service approach to their role. You will have experience working with a variety of internal IT technologies across hardware, software and networking. Some of the key technologies you will be supporting are Windows, MS Office, MS Office 365 administration and wider Cloud based applications. You will be the main contact for logging and resolving tickets, therefore if you have used any service management ticketing system before this would be great. Above all, you will be a friendly and helpful individual who is keen to join us on a successful journey picking up lots of new skills along the way.
