In line with this, they offer progression opportunities. lf you succed in this role, you will be promoted to a Deputy Shift Manager.A bit about the roleYou will be working in the production facility. Your first three months will lay the foundations within the role, you will shadow and learn the different operations within the agriculture section, production facility and innovation with a focus on food manufacturing. This insight will provide understanding of how the company operates and produces, grades and packages an essential food item efficiently and ensures best quality of the food product.Day to Day Responsibilities

Gaining experience in key areas like production, logistics, and quality control.
Offering strategies to improve processes and increase efficiency in production.
Work closely with different teams to improve how we manage the supply chain.
Be part of introducing new systems and implanting them in the business.
Learning about leadership and management through training and development opportunities (on sight management training)

What we’re looking for?

Graduate from a degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Passion for the food industry and a desire to develop a career in operations.
Detail orientated with Strong analytical skills.
Initiative and problem solving skills to ensure smoother operations.
