Our client, operating within the rail sector, is currently seeking a PTS Site Manager for a contract position. This role involves overseeing station works and car park projects, with a contract running until Christmas and potential for extension. The position is outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all works on a civils/rail job
- Assist with arranging and collecting materials
- Manage subcontractors
- Attend meetings and toolbox talks
- Ensure all groundworks are carried out according to the drawings
- Complete timesheets
- Liaise with the client to meet their requirements
- Complete all site paperwork
- Report back to the construction team
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PTS Civils Site Manager
- Current Sentinel Competency
- COSS ticket preferred but not essential
- SMSTS certification
- UK driving licence
