Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Site Manager to join one our clients on a permanent basis in Westbury, Wiltshire.
The company:
Our client in a regional new-build housing developer who deliver high specification new homes.
The role entails:
The site has just started and is due to build 30 units, all to a high specification.
Managing the teams and sub-contractors on site
Liasing with clients
Compliance with Building Regulations and structural warranty standards
Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project
Coordinate site materials including call offs, stock control and storage
Reviewing progress and liaising with Quantity Surveyors to monitor costs
What are we looking for?
A strong background as a Site Manager with experience in the new-build residential sector
Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively
Relevant industry qualifications - SMSTS, 1st Aid and Scaffold Awareness
