We are looking to recruit new colleagues onto our established 24-month programme. We offer a unique opportunity within the Rail sector, tapping into life and trade skills with mentoring support and, on completion, a Signalling & Telecoms Technician or Team Leader in Rail Engineering
Description:
During your Trainee program, you will work alongside experienced S&T Engineers and will be working on Rail Infrastructure undertaking installation and maintenance activities out on site. This gives you a fantastic opportunity to experience the working environment and put all your learning into practice.
This is a great opportunity to get into the Signalling and Telecom within Railway industry. The programme will consist of training elements and certificates to ensure you are a fully qualified S&T professional.

Ideal candidates are:
Any previous engineering background
Excellent practical skills and awareness of health and safety
Able to work on shift patterns during days, nights and weekends. (Working outdoors in all weather conditions.)
