Are you an experienced Production Manager with a background in engineering or instrumentation? Our client, a leading provider of instrumentation to the Oil and Gas industry, is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to join their team in Westbury.

Key Responsibilities for the Production Manager:

- Oversee and plan the production process to meet demand and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely procurement of components
- Manage the purchasing process, negotiating terms, and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Create and maintain comprehensive production documentation
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring as the Production Manager:

- Proven experience in managing production in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with suppliers
- A proactive and organized approach to managing production processes and solving challenges
