M&E Quantity Surveyor job in Wiltshire, £450 - £550 per day, 6 month + interim contract.
Your New CompanyHays Building Services are pleased to be assisting an M+E contractor in Wiltshire with the recruitment of a M&E Quantity Surveyor to support their busy team.Your New RoleYou will provide support to the project teams to ensure contractual compliance of projects, estimation and collation of project variation works as well as budget reviews and analysis with the project teams.You will track changes to the design and construction work and adjust projections accordingly, compilation of financial reports and forecasts to feed back to management, as well as final account preparation to include approval of all contract documentation and orders prior to finalisation.What You'll Need To SucceedYou will have previous surveying experience within a Mechanical/Electrical environment, excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, as well as good working knowledge of Excel and other software.What You'll Get In ReturnThis role is being offered with a day rate between £450 - £550 per day on a 6-month interim contract initially.What You'll Need To Do NowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
