As a Clinical Unit Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing a specific unit within the care home
- Delivering top-notch care and maintaining resident dignity
- Managing the home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager
- Reporting on resident conditions and administering medication
- Mentoring and supporting colleagues and students
- Ensuring effective communication and professional behaviour
- Advocating for a person-centred approach to care
- Recognising and reporting safeguarding concerns
