Job Title: Payroll Team LeaderSalary: Up to £35,000 Location: Wiltshire, United KingdomContract: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise the payroll team, ensuring effective operations and high standards of performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while engaging potential new clients to foster business growth.
- Oversee the payroll preparation and processing to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion.
- Ensure full compliance with HMRC regulations and requirements throughout the payroll process.
- Serve as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from clients, management, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain detailed payroll reports for internal and external purposes.
- Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration and accuracy of payroll data.
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using BrightPay and BrightPay Connect.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing payroll information.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
