JGA is excited to be partnering with a fantastic organization that is looking to expand their team by adding a Payroll Team Leader.

Job Title: Payroll Team LeaderSalary: Up to £35,000 Location: Wiltshire, United KingdomContract: Permanent

  Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the payroll team, ensuring effective operations and high standards of performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while engaging potential new clients to foster business growth.
  • Oversee the payroll preparation and processing to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion.
  • Ensure full compliance with HMRC regulations and requirements throughout the payroll process.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from clients, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed payroll reports for internal and external purposes.
  • Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration and accuracy of payroll data.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in using BrightPay and BrightPay Connect.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing payroll information.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
