- Serve as the main point of contact for payroll-related queries from clients, management, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive payroll reports.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless data integration.
- A minimum of 5 years of payroll experience.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience with BrightPay and BrightPay Connect.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing payroll data.
- Proven leadership abilities to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
