  Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and supervision for the payroll team.
  • Engage with existing clients and foster relationships with potential new clients.
  • Oversee payroll preparation and processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure full adherence to HMRC regulations and requirements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for payroll-related queries from clients, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive payroll reports.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless data integration.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • A minimum of 5 years of payroll experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards.
  • Hands-on experience with BrightPay and BrightPay Connect.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing payroll data.
  • Proven leadership abilities to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
