Our client is an established facilities maintenance company looking for a fabric engineer to join their team.
This is a static role working Monday to Friday, there is flexibility with starting times to fit around you.
What you will get :

What is required:
- Any Trade qualification ( Carpentry / Plumbing etc) Desired
- Legionella - L8 Desired
- Experience of handyman and maintenance
Day to Day Duties:
- Minor Elec tasks eg Emergency light testing
- Minor Plumbing - washers, taps, unblocking toilets, unblocking stacks, installing new
- Carpentry - hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in,
- assembling furniture
- Tiling - floors, walls and Carpet tiles
- Painting & Decorating
