The Senior Building Surveyor Role

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will manage a wide range of services, with a strong emphasis on contract administration and specification writing.

Working primarily on commercial property projects, including high-profile clients such as the Royal Mail, you will operate within a collaborative environment that actively supports your professional growth and leadership development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering contract administration and specification writing services across various commercial projects.
  • Building strong relationships with a diverse client base, including leading commercial sector names.

The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor will have
  • Qualifications: MRICS accreditation (preferred but not essential) and a RICS-accredited degree.
  • Experience: A solid background in a construction consultancy environment.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in contract administration, specification writing, and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attributes: Ambitious, self-sufficient, and eager to progress within a supportive team.
