Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Mortgage and Protection Advisor for a nationally recognized Estate Agency in Westcliffe-on-Sea.
The role offers a basic salary of up to £28,000 with an OTE of £50,000 - £60,000 and includes strong bonuses and car allowance.
Candidates must be qualified and experienced, holding full CeMAP qualifications and a valid UK driving license.
The position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours are Monday to Friday with alternative Saturdays, and there are great progression opportunities available.

We are currently looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our clients, a nationally recognised Estate Agency, who are looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their busy team in the Westcliffe-on-Sea area.

This is an extremely fast-paced office with excellent earning potential and leads will be provided by the Estate Agency team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service with the ability to hit targets.

Working hours:

Monday-Friday office-based, alternative Saturdays (lieu day in return)

The successful Mortgage and Protection Advisor will be offered:

Up to £28,000 Basic
OTE £50,000 - £60,000
Strong car allowance

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage and Protection Advisor:

Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branch
Chasing potential leads and generating new business
Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
