- You will manage the day to day Estate Agency business working closely with staff to maximise income and profit from a range of products and services.
- You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
- You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

- Responsibility to increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets.
- Setting and reviewing performance standards.
- Development of team members Implementing agreed business plans.
- Listing properties onto the market for sale and to let and selling letting properties.
- Maintain a compliant business
Estate Agent Branch Sales and Lettings Manager
- Basic salary to £30,000 depending on experience plus £250 per month (£3,000) car allowance with between 3% to 5% of net residential sales office pooled income depending on experience plus lettings commission. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, Saturday 9.30am to 4.00pm (5 day working week to include Saturdays with a day off during the week) On target earnings of £50,000 to £55,000.
