The Practice Based Educator role involves:
- Leading and delivering day-to-day training and education at site/cluster level.
- Supporting the People Development strategy to enhance staff excellence and care efficiency.
- Collaborating with senior management to ensure high-quality, safe patient care through effective training.
- Delivering both formal and informal training aligned with clinical education strategies.
- Promoting the benefits of education and training to improve staff competence.
The Practice Based Educator will benefit from:
