Our client, a leading provider of independent healthcare in the UK, is seeking a Practice Based Educator to join their dynamic team in their Theatre department. The Practice Based Educator role involves:

  • Leading and delivering day-to-day training and education at site/cluster level.
  • Supporting the People Development strategy to enhance staff excellence and care efficiency.
  • Collaborating with senior management to ensure high-quality, safe patient care through effective training.
  • Delivering both formal and informal training aligned with clinical education strategies.
  • Promoting the benefits of education and training to improve staff competence.
