Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our schools in Barnstaple. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available to suit your schedule.

• Supporting students with SEND on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment
• Implementing personalised learning plans to meet individual needs
• Encouraging student engagement and fostering their independence
• Helping manage behaviour and promoting positive social interactions
• Working closely with other staff and professionals to provide the best support

• Previous experience working with SEND students is highly desirable
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference in children’s lives
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of students
