Our client, a leading and exclusive business is seeking an Operations Administration Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to company growth our client is looking for a professional Operations Administration Assistant to join their growing team, where you will be joining a team that work with exclusive and high-net worth clients providing a high level of administrative and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role where you have been required to provide a high level of customer service and support, complete administrative tasks and manage diaries.
Due to the location of the office candidates will be required to have access to their own vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor programmes and build schedules for customers
- Ensuring safety and procedures are maintained at all times
- Diary management
- Customer communication - being the first point of contact for all clients and customers both over the phone and via email
- Liaise with third parties when required
- Ensure knowledge of company products are maintained at all times
- Complete administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
Key Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years’ customer service and administration experience
- Confident diary management / scheduling experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Excellent communicator, confident liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels
- Able to work both independently and part of a team, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is maintained at all times
- Ability to prioritise
