Position: Clinical Deputy Manager

Location: Near Westerham, Kent

Salary: £55,000 per annum

Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week

My client seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Deputy Manager to join their team at a well-established nursing home located near Westerham in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed nurse leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting a dynamic care team.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home

Provide clinical leadership and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained

Lead and mentor the nursing and care staff team

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies

Assist with audits, care planning, and staff training

Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and external professionals

Requirements:

Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN

Proven experience working in a nursing home setting

Previous experience in a deputy management role

Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
