Contract Administrator Temp to Perm
My client is a well established building contractor based in Cudham, bordering Bromley and Kent, based in beautiful offices. This is a new role as part of their expansion. Due to the location you MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT.
The role and responsibilities include:-
• Pricing reactive maintenance jobs based on labour, plant & materials and inputting
data into Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System.
• Pricing reactive maintenance jobs based on sub-contractor attendance and inputting data in CAFM System.
• Evaluation of sub-contractor applications for payment.
• Assisting the Contract Manager with reporting as required.
• Assisting with preparation and submission of quotations.
• Replying to client queries with regards to commercial issues.
• Collating information as requested by the client for audit purposes.
• General contract administration
Working in a small but friendly team, communicating with internal and external clients both over the phone and face to face.
This is a temp to perm role starting asap in December if possible but they do close at Christmas or can start in January.
