Print Finisher – Biggin Hill
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 2 on 2 off Days (49-hour week)
Location: Biggin Hill
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Print Finisher to join our team in Biggin Hill. You’ll be part of a dynamic print production environment, working with cutting-edge technology and ensuring high-quality output across a variety of machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process work sent from the repro/iPrint department
- Ensure accurate sizing and apply the appropriate correction curves
- Conduct quality control (QC) checks to meet job requirements
- Maintain and process jobs in line with the production schedule
- Notify supervisor/manager of any major issues
- Problem solve minor issues to maintain workflow
- Keep machinery and work area clean and tidy, following manufacturer recommendations
- Select correct media profiles and rip jobs for printing (training provided if necessary)
Preferred Experience:
- Operating HP Flatbeds, Inca, efi Vutek printers (desirable but not essential)
- Running Rho512 & Rho312 large format printing machines
- Operating Durst Rhotex 325 textile digital printer
- Running Monti Antonio 72/3600 heat transfer machine
- Operating Vutek UVstar 5-meter roll-to-roll printing machine
