Credit Manager Newly created Credit Manager role to join a hugely successful Service Business.This is a newly created role to lead the Credit Control team, you’ll be joining during a key time for the business to support with any ongoing queries and driving the team moving forward This is a permanent role with hybrid working available Credit Manager - The Role 
  • Managing outstanding invoices and overdue accounts
  • Working with senior finance and the wider business to provide regular updates on credit status and cash flow
  • Managing and motivating a team, ensuring efficient operations 
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve disputes and escalations
  • Ensure all practices adhere to relevant laws and in line with company policies
  • Evaluate customers' financial data and set appropriate credit limits
  • Identifying high-risk accounts and recommend solutions, creating and implementing credit policies to manage risk
  • Supporting the rollout of a new credit management system
  • Continuously optimising Credit Control processes
  • Ad hoc tasks and reporting when required 
Credit Manager - The Person 
  • Prior experience in a similar role managing a team
  • High volume credit control experience
  • Reporting into senior finance 
  • Ideally immediately available or on short notice
