The business is Private Equity backed for future acquisition and strategic growth, delivering sophisticated Financial Planning & Wealth Management solutions, enhancing client experiences with expert levels of regulated advice.

The business is now wanting to hire for a competent, financial planning administrator type who also has the added ability of carrying out PA/EA tasks, supporting the Financial Planners.

This is a stand out role that will appeal to an experienced individual wanting to work in a prestigious and highly respected regional office.

Role responsibilities will include:

  • Being the primary point of contact for clients, building a relationship that enables the client to have trust and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively and communicate effectively
  • Diary management: making client appointments, ensuring that Financial Planners have an organised diary and meeting times and locations are appropriate.
  • Leading the coordination and appointment booking of ongoing service reviews for the Financial Planners.
  • Action post in and out on a daily basis. Sort, prioritise on receipt, scan and allocate appropriately.
  • Issue documentation in-line with company procedure, considering Data Protection elements
  • Client data entry such as updating Fact Finds.
  • Building and maintaining a record of client soft facts, ensuring that special events are mentioned when communicating to build rapport and provide a personalised service.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure that Financial Planners are prepared for client meetings.
  • Contact clients via telephone/email to chase outstanding requirements and ensure that processing of advice is not delayed.
  • Be proactive in chasing pipeline business
  • Understand and be able to share regular pipeline updates to Financial Planners of the different stages of advice for their clients.
  • Support the Financial Planners in directing queries to the correct team within the business to solve issues and ensure a seamless client service.
  • Endeavour to deal with system generated tasks on the date due, ensuring that issues are escalated
  • Ensure that client complaints and/or breaches are escalated immediately to management/compliance.
  • Ensure comprehensive client information is maintained in the back-office system.
  • Always look for efficiencies and improvements that enhance the client outcome/experience
