Pearson Whiffin is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join A thriving nursery in the Westerham area. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Nursery Manager in the overall management and operation of the nursery
- Ensure high-quality childcare provision that meets all regulatory requirements
- Lead and support a team of early years practitioners
- Promote a positive and inclusive culture within the nursery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and families
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years Education and Care
- Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or equivalent role in a nursery setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Passionate about child development and early years education
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
