My exclusive client based in Biggin Hill is looking to recruit an entry level HR Administrator office based into their busy day where this individual will make a real difference. You will be immersing yourself within all HR duties and this would suit an individual with strong administrative skills, experience using the Microsoft package and brilliant customer service. This client will pay towards your CIPD qualifications after a year of service to excel your career and progress through the ranks of the business manging HR duties for all sites in the UK.
Day to day of the HR Administrator:

  • You will be managing the HR and recruitment inbox, ensuring that all emails are responded to promptly coupled with the correct information required.
  • Handling onboarding duties which includes amending offer letters, contracts, uniform requirements, reference checks and pre booked annual leave.
  • Handling all offboarding duties including uploading resignation letters onto the system, allocating annual leave allowance to their pay, collection of uniform and IT equipment.
  • Ensuring you are amending salary increases to the payroll team and updating employees contracts with relevant information.
  • Managing the internal employee HR paper files, ensuring they are regularly updated for internal and external audits.
  • Getting yourself involved with audits within the business to ensure they stay compliant.
  • Working on new HR projects including system upgrades such as the new intranet, ER cases, employee and employer policies.
  • Handling confidential information and data on a regular basis.

Requirements of the HR Administrator:

  • Strong Administrative experience.
  • Brilliant Customer Service.
  • A real interest in getting into HR.
  • If a graduate, need to have done a degree within HR or business management.
  • Bubbly personality with credibility.
  • Well spoken and confident in communication.
  • Driving licence needed.
  • Attention to detail.
