- Develop, coordinate, and manage detailed production and maintenance schedules for aircraft operations.
- Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure optimal allocation of manpower, tooling, and materials.
- Monitor production progress, address delays, and implement solutions to maintain adherence to schedules.
- Ensure compliance with EASA Part 145 regulations and other industry standards across all planning activities.
- Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of components and materials required for maintenance activities.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain detailed production and planning records to meet regulatory and organisational requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing production processes and minimising downtime.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in production or maintenance planning in a regulated environment, with preference for aviation (EASA Part 145) experience.
- Solid understanding of mechanical systems, workflows, and resource management.
- Proficiency in using planning and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, ERP/MRP systems, or similar software.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) environments.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
