- Assisting the fee-earners who manage the full purchase process from instruction through to completion.
- Helping to managing a large number of new home files
- Liaising with and acting for developers
- Dealing with title enquiries on various developments.
- Checking searches and mortgage offers
- Preparing completion statements and bills
- Dealing with any post-completion issues to include SDLT Forms and Land Registry Applications
- You will be the ‘go-to’ person for client-related queries
- Managing the end-to-end legal process of selling off-plan properties on behalf of their large-scale residential developer clients
- Work closely together with the team to deliver outstanding client service
- Strong academics - educated to degree level (at least 2:1) or equivalent
- The ability to work in a fast paced, high volume deadline driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Sound judgement, with the ability to use your own initiative, taking responsibility where necessary and appropriate.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good attention to detail, with a high standard of accuracy.
- A sound understanding of client confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
