Location: Site based, South East London (office based in Westerham, Kent).
Salary: £58,000 to £62,000 depending on experience.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

We are recruiting an Experienced Site Manager to look after our existing and under development property portfolio.

The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for the daily on-site management of a busy new build residential development ensuring properties are built to a high standard, within budget and to the programme of works.

Duties:

Ensure that company Health & Safety Policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
Monitor progress of the build programme to ensure construction methods, quality standards and timescales are met and take corrective action to bring progress back in line with programme.
Agree and manage the equipment, plant, staffing and sub-contractor requirements for the site.
Manage material levels on site to ensure the minimum amount of stock but enough to ensure the site programme is met and all labour is efficiently employed.
Manage, control and motivate all site staff including subcontractors and agency staff.
Ensure the project is running within budget and to programme.
Maintain and produce, on request, up-to-date Health & Safety records.
Ensure that all staff, sub-contractors, and visitors to the site are appropriately inducted.
Conform to building regulations and warranty providers' requirements.
Ensure all site administration is carried out in accordance with Head Office requirements.

Skills & Experience required:

Extensive experience as a Site Manager with a House Builder.
Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation.
Able to work with a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage complex situations and motivate others.
Ability to chair and run Subcontractor meetings.
Appropriate CSCS card, SMSTS & First Aid certificate, Full UK Driving License

About you:
