Are you a highly organised and experienced Practice Manager with a strong background in financial services or an IFA practice?

Based in Westerham and a hybrid role, you will take the lead in managing the day to day operations of a busy practice, overseeing people management, business processes, regulatory compliance, and client servicing. Supporting the Partner, you will also play a key role in the business development of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the submissions of client applications and projects
  • Support the team to develop client relationships, referrals, service existing clients and assist in building new relationships (incorporating client entertainment events) to provide a first class client servicing strategy and business growth
  • Develop and manage effective systems, processes and procedures to support the Partner and Advisors to optimise client meetings
  • Provide technical support and training to new employees and management teams
  • Ensure the practice is up to date in compliance with all licensing, CPD, regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Oversee the practice finances efficiently in a timely manner
  • Monitor business reports, trends and statistical analysis to identify opportunities and challenges which might affect the growth of the practice

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (financial services/IFA practice preferred)
  • Ideally Dip PFS or equivalent qualification, be working towards or have the desire to gain a diploma/chartered qualification
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, legislation and compliance
  • People management and leadership experience
  • Experience of working within a regulated environment
  • Prove experience of managing workflow, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Benefits:

  • Salary: 40,000 to 47,000 p/a (dependent on experience)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (one hour paid lunch) Hybrid role
