An established company are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team. The Administrator role involves compiling and pricing works, liaising with subcontractors, assisting with quotations, and providing administrative support for the wider team.

Due to location, the ideal candidate must be a driver.

  • Salary: Up to £32,000
  • 8.30am - 5.30pm | Office based
  • Parking on site

Administrator responsibilities:

  • Pricing works/jobs based on labour, materials, and subcontractor attendance, accurately inputting relevant data into the in-house database
  • Evaluating subcontractor applications for payment, prioritising as necessary
  • Assisting with preparation and submission of quotations
  • Assisting the Contracts Manager with producing reports and documentation
  • Liaising with clients regarding any queries or issues
  • Collating relevant information as requested by the client for audit purposes
  • Effectively managing calls and emails
  • Carrying out general administrative functions as required

Administrator skills/competencies:

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
