Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional reception services and office administration.
  • Be the go-to person for all IT repair services-related queries.
  • Assist in managing IT-related items and activities.
  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets effectively.
  • Own and update the IT SharePoint page.
  • Ensure smooth administration of centrally procured equipment (e.g., mobile phones, laptops).

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a busy office environment.
  • Skills:

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.

- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritise duties.

  • Knowledge: Basic IT understanding and awareness of Health and Safety practises.
  • Other: Commitment to promoting excellent customer service and a willingness to learn! �?
