Reed Education are working with a vibrant and inclusive Primary Academy who are seeking a KS2 Class Teacher. They are seeking an experienced and outstanding teacher to contribute to our happy and successful team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education and a commitment to helping children achieve their full potential.
Day-to-day of the role:- Model and disseminate high-quality teaching pedagogy and practice to secure consistently good or outstanding teaching and learning for our children.
- Maintain high principles and expectations of achievement and behaviour.
- Maintain a dynamic and inspiring learning environment.
- Work well as part of our staff team and engage in ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to the wider life at the Academy and share the Trust’s ethos of improving educational standards and the life chances of young people.
- Proven experience as a KS2 Class Teacher.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to engage with and inspire students and staff.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
