Oaklands Global are currently recruiting a Technical Records Coordinator for a well-established client.
Role Responsibilities
- Directly answer to the Technical Services Supervisor.
- Manages the customer service interface and makes sure that all needs of the customer are recognised and conveyed.
- Gives clients daily information on maintenance.
- Responsible for creating quotes.
- In charge of managing and administering warranties.
- Encourages warranty programmes and works with OEMs to make sure all requirements of customers are satisfied.
- Responsible for accurately recording, logging, and filing maintenance records.
- In charge of keeping an eye on and projecting the maintenance needs for client aircraft and coordinating internally to support maintenance scheduling.
- Responsible for reporting maintenance activities to guarantee that the tracking system is updated and maintained (CAMP).
- Reports any mistakes or anticipated problems to the Technical Services Manager.
- Presenting oneself in a professional manner and adhering to both client and company standards is crucial.
- Need to adhere to the company's EH & S policies and procedures.
carries out strategic initiatives according to the Technical Services Supervisor's specifications. - Perform root cause analysis and continuous improvement investigations upon request to lower quality escapes and COPQ.
- Fulfils any reasonable request made by the Technical Service Supervisor or higher management in the reporting hierarchy.
- Attends meetings as required.
Requirements
- Experience with CAMO, Work Pack Creations, Maintenance Control and Part 145
- Must be personable
