The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Building and nurturing client relationships in the Space, Defence, and Aeronautical sectors.
- Sourcing and engaging top talent to meet client needs.
- Developing new business opportunities and contributing to our expanding portfolio.
- Managing the process from candidate sourcing to placement, ensuring exceptional client and candidate experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, ideally within Space, Defence, or Aeronautical industries.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive mindset and passion for delivering results.
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence (due to the location).
