We are supporting a boutique Marketing Agency based in Westerham to support with the recruitment for a Recruitment Coordinator. This role is based on site 5 days per week and due to the location of the site you will need to drive to access the site. Free parking is available.
This role is a pivotal position for the business and a real opportunity to join an organisation and make a difference. Whilst this is a standalone role giving you the freedom to manage your own workload it is within an open plan office space so the opportunities to collaborate with the wider team are available.
Key Responsibilities for the Recruitment Coordinator:
- High volume of calls each day, dealing with a number of different tasks, registering candidates, holiday cover, resource planning etc.
- Ensuring when a candidate has holiday booked you have arranged cover for the store they are servicing
- Updating complex spreadsheets daily, ensuring all data is accurate and relevant
- Building a strong portfolio of readily available candidate who can fill in short notice for sickness cover etc
- Managing multiple tasks in a fast paced and changing environment, being able to juggle a large number of things at once
Key Skills for the Recruitment Coordinator:
- Previous experience on a 'temp desk' or recruiting within a high volume capacity - ideally, but experience within customer service & administration in a busy role will also be considered if you are passionate about starting a role in recruitment
- Exceptional ability to multitask and juggle a number of tasks at once and the ability to demonstrate this within an interview
- Customer Service and phone based skills are essential for this role due to the call volumes day to day
- Commutable distance to Westerham
- A go getter who is not afraid of working hard and being busy
