Location: South East London (office based in Westerham, Kent)
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

We are a busy expanding property investment company with a portfolio of privately let residential properties across Southeast London, with more under development and we require an experienced Multi Trader to join us!

Multi Trade Maintenance Operative - The Role

We are recruiting an experienced Multi Trader to look after our property portfolio involving;

•  Maintenance callouts
•  Planned maintenance
•  Refurbishments

Multi Trade Maintenance Operative – What we need from you:

•  Minimum of ten years industry experience
•  Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience of using your own initiative to assess, diagnose and apply appropriate solutions to problems
•  Strong general knowledge of all trades, a bias towards carpentry is preferred
•  Exceptional organisational skills & ability to be self-motivated, reliable and prompt
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills
•  Enthusiasm to work hard and be an asset to our team.
•  Be smart in appearance & polite
•  The ability to use remote IT to report & update job sheets
