My client has an exciting opportunity for a Chemistry Graduate who is looking to build on their academic knowledge and develop a successful career in a sales and distribution environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll start in the Reception Area, gaining hands-on experience with administrative tasks and customer service responsibilities, including:

  • Organising and distributing incoming post.
  • Preparing and booking meeting rooms.
  • Monitoring the sales mailbox and forwarding messages.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors; signing them in.
  • Taking messages and relaying them to the relevant staff.
  • Operating the switchboard: answering and directing calls appropriately.
  • Forwarding messages from the Sales Inbox to the right personnel.
  • Maintaining stationery supplies.

As your confidence grows, you'll have the chance to move into other departments, learning more about the company's chemistry products, systems, and processes.



What We're Looking For:

  • A Chemistry degree / A Level Chemistry (essential).
  • IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
