Salary: Minimum wage - with Salary Reviews
Training: 18 months to 2 years - Training and Development programme
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

My client has an exciting opportunity for a Chemistry Graduate who is looking to build on their academic knowledge and develop a successful career in a sales and distribution environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll start in the Reception Area, gaining hands-on experience with administrative tasks and customer service responsibilities, including:
- Organising and distributing incoming post.
- Preparing and booking meeting rooms.
- Monitoring the sales mailbox and forwarding messages.
- Meeting and greeting visitors; signing them in.
- Taking messages and relaying them to the relevant staff.
- Operating the switchboard: answering and directing calls appropriately.
- Forwarding messages from the Sales Inbox to the right personnel.
- Maintaining stationery supplies.
As your confidence grows, you'll have the chance to move into other departments, learning more about the company's chemistry products, systems, and processes.
What We're Looking For:
- A Chemistry degree / A Level Chemistry (essential).
- IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
