Equipment Integrity Engineer

Are you a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with a passion for equipment integrity, maintenance, and risk management? This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to lead global projects in the offshore, vessel, and port crane sectors, ensuring compliance with international standards and delivering high-quality solutions for clients.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee tenders and offers related to integrity analysis and review projects.
  • Lead FMECA studies, assessing failure modes and their criticality across global locations.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies tailored to operational environments.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses to address performance issues in crane systems.
  • Perform risk-based reviews, obsolescence studies, and develop critical spares lists aligned with client maintenance strategies.
  • Lead condition monitoring analyses to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
  • Carry out GAP analyses to verify equipment compliance with performance standards, legislation, and industry best practices.
  • Promote and uphold safety and environmental compliance while mentoring and supervising others.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent).
  • Chartered/Incorporated Accreditation or actively working towards it.
  • HND/HNC/NVQL3 with relevant experience will be considered.

Experience & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of proportional control open and closed-loop systems.
  • Familiarity with Kelvin Tops Set Investigation methods (or similar).
  • BOSIET & MIST certifications.
  • Excellent managerial, organisational, and mentoring skills.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, including MS Project, Excel, and Word.
