The Role
This position is responsible for daily activity of the prepping and scanning of client data under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of items for scanning.
- Scanning and QC of hardcopy data using A4/A3 and large format scanners.
- Rebuilding files post scanning.
- Input of data in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Use initiative to identify any improvements or efficiencies.
- Advise Scanning Supervisor of issues requiring attention.
- Comply with all company policies and all relevant data protection legislation to ensure:
o Our clients and Team Members sensitive and personal information is protected and processed in accordance with the law.
o Our Team Members and clients rights under the legislation are fully protected.
- Adhere to all company policies and complete all mandatory training modules.
- Report any potential or actual security, environmental or health and safety incidents to your line manager and / or the OASIS Compliance team as soon as you become aware of them.
