Are you working within an administrative role, ideally within a technical industry, looking to receive full training into project coordination and administration?

Do you want to join a rapidly growing organisation where you will learn technical industrial water treatment systems as well as receive career progression and a generous package?

My client offers bespoke water treatment solutions to multiple industries- covering product design, system design, installation and service and maintenance. They manufacture their own equipment and work with some key players within a variety of sectors - including industrial processing plants and more.

In this role - you will be trained on the technical ins and outs of industrial water treatment systems. You will be trained to support live projects within the projects team - from supplier communications, project budgeting and more. You will be trained in how to use MS Projects.

This is the ideal role for an administrative person working within a technical industry looking to take the first step into Project Management. You will be keen to expand your technical knowledge and receive training into project management technology such as MS Projects.

The Role:

  • Support and coordination of technical projects in line with company objectives.
  • Supporting project team on resourcing materials, labour and quotations.
  • Preparing purchase orders and ensuring strong supplier relationships are maintained.
  • Overall management of project resource allocation - ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Working in ordering technical parts, learning on the way.

The Candidate:

  • Experience working within an administrative position within a technical industry - for example, heating, renewables or energy market.
  • Experience in communication with multiple external stakeholders.
  • Sharp eye for detail and ability to pick up information quickly.
  • Ideally experienced in some project work - however this is not necessary as training can be provided!
