This is a part-time position, working 22.2 hours per week.

Day to day duties

  • Highly focussed proactive and professional Apprenticeship employer engagement ensuring that all Apprenticeship employers meet the Weston College employer threshold whilst ensuring you meet both Challenging growth targets and quality standards.
  • Account manage SME’s and strategic employers in line with account management strategy and develop long term relationships with clients and employers maximising repeat business opportunities across Traineeships and Apprenticeships.
  • Attend account management meetings with key accounts, providing the latest data, progression, and achievement, within employer threshold frequency times, leading on Providing the key trends with employers.

Required skills and qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development and/or account management with large/strategic employers.
  • Industry knowledge with either a sales & recruitment company or training organisation.
  • Skills and experience of working within a fast-paced environment.
