You'll work in a dynamic environment, handling mortgages with an average property size of £270,000. With over 75 properties sold monthly, this role offers substantial earning potential.

What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Proven Expertise: CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and a strong track record as a Mortgage Advisor or Broker.

- Basic Salary: £25,000 - £31,000 (including car allowance)
- Financial Guarantees of up to £500 per month for 6 months to build your pipeline.
- Additional Benefits: Pension, DIS (Death in Service), Bonus, and Commission
- OTE (On-Target Earnings): £45,000 - £70,000 in year 1!
